Terms of Service

Your licence to use our apps

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use our Apps on devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the usage rules of the app store you downloaded from. We keep all rights we do not expressly grant you.

You agree not to:

• copy, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute an App or any part of it;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code, except where that restriction is prohibited by law;
• remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices;
• use an App to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, or interfere with the App's security or intended operation.

App Store terms

Apps distributed through Apple's App Store are also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement and the App Store Terms of Service. Where those terms conflict with these Terms, Apple's terms prevail for the parts they cover. Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no responsibility for our Apps, but Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Purchases and subscriptions

Some Apps offer paid features, one-time purchases or subscriptions. All payments are processed by the app store you purchased from — we never see or store your payment details. Prices are shown before you confirm a purchase and may change over time.

Where an App offers an auto-renewing subscription, it renews at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your device's account settings. Refunds are handled by the app store under its own policy; we cannot issue them directly, but we're happy to help you sort out a problem — just email us.

Your content

Some Apps let you import, create or store content — books, notes, playlists, images and similar. That content is yours. We claim no ownership of it, and in most Apps it never leaves your device or your personal iCloud. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use any content you import, and for keeping your own backups.

AI-generated features

Certain Apps, such as Pictopoem, use AI to generate content from what you provide. Generated results are produced automatically, may be inaccurate or unexpected, and should not be relied on as professional advice. You are responsible for how you use or share generated content. We may apply reasonable limits on usage to keep these features available and affordable for everyone.

Third-party services and content

Our Apps may link to or rely on services we do not control, including Apple services, AI processing providers and websites referenced inside an App. We are not responsible for the availability, content or practices of those services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Updates and availability

We may update, change or discontinue an App or any of its features at any time. We try to keep our Apps working on current devices and operating systems, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and some features may require a compatible device, a network connection or a third-party service.

Disclaimer of warranties

Our Apps are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Created by Bee will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of an App. Our total liability for any claim relating to an App is limited to the amount you paid for that App in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may stop using an App at any time by deleting it from your device. We may suspend or end your licence if you materially breach these Terms. The sections on your content, disclaimers and limitation of liability survive termination.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above, and continued use of an App after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
